About XFER32

XFER32 Setup

Launch XFER32 by clicking its shortcut icon:

• General Tab

• Transfer Tab

• Logging Tab

Set up the General tab to look like this:

You may need to select a different connection than COM1. If you know which serial port on

your computer you plugged your PT40 Dock into, this is where you enter it. Unfortunately not

all computers have these ports clearly labeled… COM1, COM2, and COM3 are by far the most

popular ports. If you do not know your port you could start with COM1 and if communications

fails try others.
